We do not accept any liability if this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period for any reason . Occasionally we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website for maintenance or other reasons. Other websites linked from this site via weblinks or any other method that are not owned or operated by Herald & Heart Ltd are beyond our control and we accept absolutely no responsibility for them or any losses or damages that may occur from your using them. Other websites will have their own terms and conditions and you will be subject to them.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with you purchase from Herald & Heart Ltd. If for any reason your product fails to live up to your expectations we will happily exchange or replace it for you. If we are unable to offer an adequate replacement we will refund the full purchase price of the item less the shipping costs. (Please note that this does not apply to millinery)
Items will only be accepted back however, if they are returned to us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Returned items must also be in their original packaging in an unmarked, unworn condition with original tags and labels still attached.
Returned items remain your responsibility until received back at Herald & Heart Ltd. Proof of posting does not mean proof of delivery, so we recommend using a recoded, trackable method for sending back.
Any faulty or wrong items sent to you will be replaced and your postage will be refunded.

For millinery hats and headpieces all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
In the event your items arrive damaged, please ensure that the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery prior to signing for the item. Then inform us immediately.
You then need to send us images of the damaged package and item within 7 days to allow us to claim compensation from the carriers.
