Yes of course. You have 7 days from the day of purchase to return your product to us should you not be completely satisfied with it. Please just return to our store address with tags and labels still attached and undamaged packaging for a full refund.
Please note however, that this does not extend to any millinery or occasion items that once purchased can not be returned.

Questions about millinery
The first thing you mustn’t do is panic! Unless you’ve left it really really late, then you can panic a little bit!
Then, come and see us at either our Fulham or Rye shop where we have an extensive range of “off the peg” hats to suit most situations.
There will be someone on hand to help choose the right hat that you will leave you feeling good and confident.
Should you decide that you would prefer to have a hat custom made to go with your outfit then any of our highly trained team can go through various options with you and help you to decide on the right design for you.
Some times of the year are busier than others, for instance the lead up to Ascot, but usually we can make your hat for you within 4-5 weeks, often much sooner.
We have always prided ourselves on being able to offer great millinery at a far more accessible cost than one would normally expect from milliners of our experience and reputation. As for a more specific price, how long’s a piece of string? It would of course depend upon what you required. Off the peg (bought in) fascinators start at around £35.00
Herald and Heart hats would start around £195 for a small headpiece going to about £450 for something more spectacular.
Add about 20% for bespoke.
No deposit required. You pay in full on collection.
Nothing happens as we don’t require a deposit to make the hat.
It’s not necessary though if you do call in advance we can make sure we have the designs you are looking for in the shop, and our colour swatches all ready for you.
